Excellent service from representative David. He straightened out a problem I’d been having for months with the Covered... California website in less than 20 minutes. He had my insurance set up the same day and I was finally able to get into my account which I’d been locked out of for months. A couple of days later he followed up with a message that provided me with my member ID ahead of getting my card in the mail so I could get an appointment set up sooner. He then assisted me with changing medical groups when I messaged him that I wanted a different doctor. He stayed on the line until he was certain everything was set up correctly. I asked him a ton of questions and I can’t praise this guy enough for his outstanding help and his knowledge of how the system works.leer más
