UCLA Health offers its own Medicare Advantage (MA) HMO plans that combine Original Medicare (Part A + Part B) benefits with prescription drug coverage (Part D) and a wide range of extra services. For 2026, UCLA provides two main Medicare plans for residents in Los Angeles County:

  • UCLA Health Principal Plan (HMO)

  • UCLA Health Prestige Plan (HMO)

These plans are designed for individuals who want to receive care within the UCLA Health network while enjoying lower out-of-pocket costs and enhanced benefits.

Skyline Benefit is an independent Medicare broker that helps beneficiaries compare the 2026 plan options, calculate total savings, and enroll confidently — all at no extra cost.
