If your doctor or hospital is with Providence, your 2026 coverage could change overnight. Providence and UnitedHealthcare have confirmed they’re ending their Medicare Advantage contract on December 31, 2025—and that’s the headline behind the UnitedHealthcare and Providence split 2026. If you stay put without checking your network, you could lose in-network access on January 1.
Skyline Benefit is an independent Medicare insurance broker. We help you navigate the UnitedHealthcare and Providence split 2026, verify your doctors, and switch plans smoothly—at no extra cost.
